We had a fairly complicated project of rerouting a creek with water running through it. Don’s communication with us about his game plan was clear and easy to understand with our end goal in mind. His expertise in elevations and efficiency in equipment operations made it so our project didn’t need to pump water for even one day. The project was completed within the timeframe that was communicated. And Don touched base with us throughout the project to provide progress updates and ensure our satisfaction. From start to finish it was obvious to us that Don genuinely cares, has a strong spirit of excellence, and takes great pride in his work.
